Where does your product lose new users?
How many people sign up in a normal week?
About 300. Maybe 40 are still around a week later.
What do you count as an activated user?
Honestly, we've never defined it.
…a short conversation, 3 to 8 minutes.
2 · What they get
Your activation riskHigh- No activation event, so the drop is invisible
- Pick the one action your best users all take
- Measure it weekly, starting this week
On a page, by email and as a PDF, in their language.
3 · What you learn
Lead brief300 sign-ups a week, no activation metric. Strong fit. Open with how to define activation, not with a demo.
And across everyone: what they said, counted, with their words.
Made-up products, written to show the format. Methos builds yours from your own product.
Your growth plan
One diagnostic isn't a strategy. A growth plan is.
Methos reads your product and picks the diagnostics that grow it: two or three for each moment of your customer's life, each with what you'll learn and why it fits, with evidence from your site. You choose which ones to launch. This is the plan Methos made for itself.

The idea
A free consultation for them. A diagnosis for you.
Your leads and users get
A real reading of their situation: where they stand, what to do first and, only if it fits them, how your product helps. Useful even if they never buy.
You get
A brief on every person: from leads, their fit, their pain and how to open; from customers, what they wanted and what gets in their way. Plus the pattern across everyone, with quotes.
How it works
From your URL to your first answers.
- 1
Give Methos your URL
It reads your site and learns what your product does and the problem it solves.
- 2
You get a growth plan
A diagnostic for each moment of your customer's life, each with what you'll learn and why it fits your product.
- 3
Launch a diagnostic
Methos builds it with an expert's method: the questions, the reading and what you'll learn.
- 4
Share it
On your site, in a post, in your emails or your community. A link per channel, texts ready to copy.
- 5
Learn from every answer
Each person gets their reading. You get a brief on each one, and the pattern across everyone.
Why it's different
Not a form. Not a quiz. Not a chatbot.
- Forms collect answers.
- Quizzes test knowledge.
- Surveys collect opinions.
- Chatbots answer questions.
- Methos diagnoses a situation, and tells both sides what it found.
Trust
Methos shows its work.
Before building anything, it shows what it understood about your product, with the quote behind every line. You fix what's off.
What Methos understood
Honest by design
- Your product only shows up in their reading when it fits their case.
- It's not a support chat: bugs and “how do I…?” are noted and passed to you, never troubleshot.
- It only talks about how your product works inside if you give it your docs.
- Quotes and counts are checked against what people actually said.
Pricing
Pay for answers, not seats.

Questions
What does Methos do with my URL?+−
It reads your public pages (home, pricing, features…) and tells you what it understood, with the quote behind every line. You fix anything that's off. Your growth plan is built from that.
What's a play?+−
A free, personal consultation for one moment of your customer's life: strangers, trials, new users or customers. It diagnoses two things at once: their case, which they get as a real reading, and what you need to learn at that stage, which you get as a brief. Each play says why it fits your product, with evidence from your site.
Is this a quiz or a survey?+−
No. It's a conversation that follows what people tell it, asks a follow-up when an answer is too vague and covers what the diagnostic needs along the way. It takes 3 to 8 minutes.
What do the people who answer get?+−
Their own result: a real reading of their situation, what to do first and, only if it fits them, how your product helps. On a page, by email and as a PDF, in their language.
What do I get?+−
What you need to grow at that stage. From leads, a lead brief: their fit, their main pain and how to open the conversation. From customers, a feedback brief: what they wanted, what gets in their way and how to respond. Across everyone, insights ranked by how many people said them, with quotes.
Is this a support chat?+−
No. It's a diagnostic. If someone reports a bug or asks how to do something, it notes it, tells them it goes to you as they said it, and carries on. It never troubleshoots and never promises a fix.
What does it know about my product?+−
What's on your public site, and your product docs if you add them (your help center or a few documents). It only talks about how your product works inside from those docs, and only recommends your product when it fits the person's case.
What if I don't add product docs?+−
Everything still works. Diagnostics for new users and customers then talk about each person's goal and how they work, never about your screens or buttons. With docs, they can also give steps inside your product.
Do you post or send anything for me?+−
No. You share each diagnostic yourself: a link per channel, posts ready to copy, a box for your blog, an email for your list and a widget. You'll see which channel brings people.
What counts as a response?+−
A completed conversation. Abandoned ones and your own tests don't count toward your plan.
Do they know it's AI?+−
Yes. The conversation says so, honestly. It's presented as a short conversation with you or your product.
